Biography
I’m James Crothers and I’ve been a personal trainer for 20 years. I work from Bannatyne’s Gym in Llanishen and I also train clients in the comfort of their own home. I have a huge passion for fitness and I started at a very young age when I competed for Wales and Britain in Gymnastics. I also play rugby, starting my career at Llandaff RFC before joining Cardiff RFC and Caerphilly RFC and now playing for Penarth RFC.
